Terms of Service

Reservation Trips is an independent travel reservation service. We help travelers research, book, modify, and resolve issues with flight, hotel, and car rental reservations. We are not an airline, hotel, or rental company, and we do not operate flights, properties, or vehicles. Where we facilitate a booking, the provider's own conditions of carriage, rate rules, and policies apply in addition to these Terms.

Depending on your request, our specialists may:

• Search for and book new flight, hotel, and car rental reservations on your behalf.
• Contact airlines, hotels, and rental providers to request changes, cancellations, or refunds.
• Assist with seat selection, room preferences, baggage add-ons, and special requests.
• Provide general guidance on travel documentation requirements.

We do not provide legal, immigration, or visa-issuance services, and our guidance on travel documents is informational only — you remain responsible for confirming entry and transit requirements with the relevant government authority.

Reviewing your case and outlining available options is free. Where a service carries a fee — such as booking a new itinerary or an expedited request — we will disclose the total cost before any charge is made. Provider-imposed fees (fare or rate differences, change fees, resort fees) are separate from our service fees and are set by the airline, hotel, or rental company, not by Reservation Trips.

You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, travel dates, and contact details. Reservation Trips is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information you provide, including denied boarding or check-in due to a name mismatch with travel documents.

While we advocate on your behalf, final decisions on refunds, fee waivers, rebooking, and compensation rest with the airline, hotel, or rental provider in accordance with its rate rules, conditions of carriage, and applicable regulation. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome, but we commit to pursuing the best available option and keeping you informed throughout.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reservation Trips and its specialists are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, cancellations, or schedule changes initiated by an airline, hotel, or rental provider. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid to Reservation Trips for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
